Sidewinder Copper Gaskets and Builder Kit

These copper gaskets are available in the factory 2″ and larger, 2-1/4″ or 2-1/2″ versions for moderate to full out modified Sidewinders. The gasket (top center) replaces the standard unit between the turbo and the muffler. The larger 2-1/4″ and 2-1/2″ versions to the (right) have a larger O.D. (gasket sealing area) to accommodate larger pipes for modified applications.

These exhaust accessories are available singularly or as a do it yourself “Builder Kit” for the factory 2″, mild modified 2-1/4″ and full modified 2-1/2″ versions. You must purchase our waste gate by-pass increaser flange kit (bottom 2nd from left) if building a 2-1/4″ or 2-1/2″ exhaust system. This increaser flange kit (bottom picture example) was developed as a stack-on style waste gate by-pass. This greatly reduces fabrication / welding time because there is no complicated down pipe to flange connection.

The exhaust down pipe weldment flanges (bottom right) are available in 2-1/4″ and 2-1/2″. These allow you to pick the desired size exhaust pipe for your application. All of the above flanges are CNC water-jet cut and made from high quality 1/4″ thick 304 stainless steel.

We also offer various sized 304 stainless mandrel bends with a custom 2.5″ CLR (center line radius) for side panel clearance. Also pipe to silencer weldment donuts in 2″, 2-1/4″ & 2-1/2″. High heat 316 stainless turbo flange fasteners, silencer hanger brackets and quiet cores.
