Blue Print Secondary Rollers

SBM sized these rollers just right to fix the production variance in the roller pin holes, stud pedestals, helix mounting face and ramps. The five secondary rollers included, range in size and are designed to blue print equal pressure in the belt and rollers. This achieves a balanced smooth consistent shift.

When installed correctly there is no chance of flat spotting and the secondary clutch operates precisely as it should. This also eliminates premature wear of the main sheave and helix bushings because it stops the oscillation problem.

Also included is our outer side shims which allow the roller to rotate with ease against the conical casting of the secondary clutch. This kit will greatly improve the shift performance and longevity of your Factory YSRC roller secondary clutch.
